welcome
It's getting late on Sunday morning
I get up and see
Silly TV talking by itself in the living room
I slept on the sofa again
and don't remember the ending of
the late night movie
And my old lady she don't care
as I look for food in the fridge
Well, this is life
Well, this is my life
Well, this is life
To plan a weekend without you

Whyyyy Trudi, WHY D':
Let's see.... I bought The Magicians' Guild early last week, finished it in about, three to four days. Bought The Novice last Friday (which is in the same week when I bought the first book, by the way) and finished it today. Four days reading a 577 page book. The Magicians' Guild almost reached 500 pages, too, if I remember correctly.
I'm both proud and disappointed in myself, actually. A little proud because.... well I have my reasons <_< And disappointed because I finished both books way too quickly for my poor overworked stupid excuse for a brain to process what's happening. Actually, I lied about the latter. My brain
did process what was happening, as a matter of fact. But still, I should have stopped for a while and do something else other than read that awfully addictive book all day, like, say....
getting a life.
Anyway, back to the I-love-that-book-but-now-I-have-doubts topic. The first book is *ehem*explained*ehem* in the post below :D The second book is..... interesting, despite the typos. Wait, let me summarize the events of the second book. Well, the events that concern me, at least. First,
G-Dragon was a spoilt bully. Then,
Seoulong kissed CL (ohnoes! :DDD) and
Junsu was holding Leeteuk, CL and Nickhun hostage, in a way. Actually, in the first book I made Nickhun some kind of gangstahhh or something but since the second book barely mentioned his character
at all, I decided to switch him to the Guild Admin >:3
I was running out of 'young people' that suited the Admin, anyway.
Oh yeah.
And
Wooyoung turned homo. To YESUNG. OhmyGOD. Trudi, whyyyy!? I can still take it if it's to Jay or whatever, but Yesung? D: Arrggghh, why did I picture the lad as Yesung anyway? Why didn't I picture him as someone..... manlier....? ;~; The book made it so clear that Wooyoung is straight, but suddenly, WHAM. There ya go, gay-fest. I mean, I have nothing against... well, people who aren't straight (since there a bunch of other terms for that), it's just that the fact of THAT PARTICULAR FRIGGIN CHARACTER turning not-straight bothers me o-o
Wooyoung? Gay? Will never happen, beeeetches (:
But hopefully he'll realize all the screaming fangirls waiting for him and eventually regained his interest in
the opposite sex girls. (in the book, I mean, sheesh -.- )
But something else bothers me too. It's weird how this book has some pretty.... well, how should I say this? Uh, it contained some subjects... and I found the book on the 'young teens' shelves. And those subjects shouldn't be on the 'young teens' shelves. Eeeeeeekh, ya know what?
I'm probably just high on the dose of Wooyoung-please-dont-go-homo-on-me medicine that the doctor prescribed.Labels: 2pm, books, crazy, epic, fandom, g-dragon, gay, k-pop, OMGJOY, opinions, rant, thoughts
